What's on my chick's back

Okay so I left my house today around 2:30 pm to go to the mall. I made sure I checked on my 2 week (around) old chicks and nothing was wrong. I came back around 9pm and my one chick very noticeably had a white looking dust on it's back. I looked up mites but it doesn't look like anything is really at the roots of it's feathers. I don't know if it's dry skin either. I just want to make sure everything is okay and it won't affect the other chicks too (total of 4 chicks).

The 'dust' is nothing to worry about, it's called chicken dander and is a normal part of raising chicks blowing gently on your chick's back will help to remove the dander faster, good luck
