What's on my ducks feet?

I'm new to this raising ducks thing. Today I notice this scale/fungal looking lesion or growth on the bottom of both my ducks feet. They're 5 weeks old. I change their foot and water twice a day and I clean the pen twice a day. What is it and how do I treat it?

My ducklings hatched on June 9, 2018. Any ideas of what it is? I picked at it a little, I could pull some of it off and then it would bleed a little.

It looks like the start of bumble foot or possibly even the scaly stuff they get on their feet.

Kinda looks like bumble foot to me also. June 9th makes them only 3 weeks old, right? I don’t think I’ve seen a case of it that young.
What breed are they? Are they still in a brooder inside?

They are still in a brooder inside. They're a mallard cross mix. I agree that it seems very early for it to be bumble foot.

Are you still using heat might be the heat and ammonia from their shavings. I'd start soaking their feet in warm Epsom salt water [don't let them drink it it's a laxative too] I think too early for bumble.

Ammonia can cause burns. Not saying your not taking great care of your ducklings but if the brooder is small it can build up fast .
