I will be going to feed store this spring before they arrive to stock up on supplies, perhaps there is a chance of a roo or two making it's way home before my mail order arrives???

HE HE I could just tell the wife you get free roo with every 100lbs of starter feed or something silly like that!

EDIT Just kidding around honey... I won't do something that sneaky!

I've got two orders from two different hatcheries on the way.

March 14th order is six New Hampshire Red pullets (MyPetChicken).

March 21st order is 10 GSL pullets and 5 BSL cockerels (eFowl).

My DH doesn't know about the NHR's...yet

i ordered 6 Buff Orphingtons and 4 Barred Hollands from Ideal... they were hatched on Wednesday Feb. 16, and i received them Thursday Feb. 17 at 7:20 AM! and they had 14 roo's included for warmth... and i'd like to report that they are all doing great, and sprouting little mini wing feathers
