I shall enjoy my boring baked turkey, thanks very much 😌

I’m probably most looking forward to the onion dish my mom makes every year. It’s got onions, cheese, butter, and breadcrumbs. It’s basically diabetes in a dish, but sooooo good 🤤

As long as it's seasoned properly a baked turkey is amazing😋

What is this sorcery?!
Are you permitted to share the full recipe or is this something that the world ain't prepared for?

I have no idea what we're having, we're just gonna show up and party with the Greeks! Probably some form of Dolma, for sure.
My family back home will typically have something like this...
Baked and stuffed bird (often turkey, sometimes chicken, one year we had individual game birds). Gourmet shells and cheese. Sweet potato casserole. Green bean casserole. Baked asparagus with bacon. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Sometimes cranberry jelly. Two or three different kinds of pies.
My dad and sister would make it all from scratch (except the cream of mushroom soup and potato chips in any green bean casserole, lol).
When we had TG with extended family, there would usually be a wider variety of meats and desserts.
