It's a little fluid right now. I was just badgering my wife to nail a time down with the MIL so I know what time to get the bird in the roaster and the breast in the smoker

Oooh wow! I've never tried making stuffing from scratch before, I bet it's tasty



GET OFF OF THIS THREAD! (just kidding, I used to be a yam hater myself until I turned to the good side)

Ooh lemon bars are one of my favorites. This is a solid menu

The daughter in law is also making deviled eggs. I've never been able to eat yams or sweet potatoes. There's also 2 other people 1 with kids and they are bringing some more stuff to go with the dinner. I'm really ready for Thanksgiving dinner this year.

We're having ham, not turkey. There are only 3 of us, and none like turkey!
Scalloped potatoes
Candied yams
Some kind of veggie, probably broccoli
Pillsbury crescent rolls (there's something addictive in there. . .)
Pumpkin pie
Coconut custard pie
Thanksgiving also marks the start of fruitcake season, so some of that, too.

And something tofu for my vegan friends who will probably come over!

Kinda kinda not. The pizza and burgers are not "everyday" foods for us, but the rest of the everything is pretty standard.
