What's the best tasting non-hybrid?

If you want great meat birds that are tender and plump, find some one in your area that has a dairy cow that makes butter and cheese. Feed them the buttermilk in their mash along with the whey from making cheese. We do that with all of ours here.
 
Thanks to all. I think I'm getting what I suspected. Flavor has more to do with diet than breed. I think I'll try feeding the ones I hatched and see how they turn out. As luck would have it, I live next door to a dairy farm. It's a relatively small operation though, I don't think they process their own milk. There are a couple others around that do. Thanks again to all for the help.
