What's the best way to clean their eyes?

My roo that isn't feeling well and is in the garage has a crusty, watery eye. I have eyewash and have tried to take a warm cloth and clean the crust but he refuses.

What's the best way to keep him still without stressing him out? Wrap him in a towel?

*i used either a VERY well saturated cotton swab or very light spritzs from a misty spritz btl AND WARM SOLUTION!! Any idea what's wrong?? He may need antibiotics. OR, Have gotten something lodged in it, or even scratched it himself or have something like a cold. You need to know! LIGHTWEIGHT towel is good-- Better is someone ELSE holding em so you can work!!

I would suggest that you get some VETRX and follow directions for eye colds and nasal congestion. I would also put him on aureomycin for 10 days and see if that works.
