whats the diff. in a bearded and not bearded silkie?!

i am stumped. all silkie pix look the same ... but then some that naked necks. so i was wondering..... what does the bearded silkies look like? please include pix of both... or not. haha

Most breeders raise the bearded silkies. A beard is just the bunch of feathers underneath the beak to explain it easily.
