whats the earliest youve had a chicken lay?

kinda anxious and would like to see how early you have had a hen lay :D breed and age please *__*

My chickens (red sex links) started laying at about 18 weeks of age. I have, however, heard of other people's chickens start as early as 16 wks.
 
My teeny, tiny serama pullet layed her first egg at 13 weeks old :) It was so tiny and cute...I wish I would have kept it :)

Wow. I don't think my chickens' combs had even started growing at that age. :P That's a whopper.
 
I really couldn't believe it at first but she continued from then on out laying every other day :)
 
I've had some lay as early as 5 AM

Not to change the topic but when they are laying their eggs, is always first thing in the morning or any time?
