What's the lowest temp Serama's can tolerate *comfortably*

I live in upstate NY, where it gets really cold in the winter. I'd love to get some Serama's but I'd have to make sure I had a heat lamp in the coop during winter, right? So I'm wondering what amount of heat I'd need to give them in order to keep them. Does anyone live where you get below zero temps and have seramas?

Seems that they can do well in 20-30* temps. Hope this helps.
