What's the most dependable laying breed in your flock?

My EE started laying on 1/26 and has missed 1 day. She is by far the most reliable layer that I have. And her eggs are beautiful!

Production type breeds ( leghorn, RIR) typically will be the best layers, but they often slow down quite a bit by their 3rd year. I was pleasantly surprised that my Ameraucana's each lay an egg every day for me. It took them until they were between 7-8 months old to start laying- but there has been no stopping them since.

Leghorns + Jersey Giants are the best consistent layers.
