What's the rarest breed or variety of chicken, duck, goose, or any other poultry you have?

Rose-Comb Nankins and my Single-Comb Nankin Bantam. The Nankin Bantams are classified as critically endangered, so I’m relying on my chickens to get broody and have some cute little babies!!

My rarest chicken is an Ermine Faverolles.
My rarest ducks are call ducks (not really rare, but hard to find locally).
My rarest peafowl are a couple of high percentage Spaldings.

Oh, whats Ermine?
Does high percentage mean they have more green peafowl in them?

They aren’t all that “rare”, although they were hard to find, but I own Narragansett turkeys! They are such a hoot! I own 4 adults and, for now, a bunch of babies. I’m hoping to keep at least two more females out of our hatched poults.
