It’s dark now…I don’t know whether the weatherman is right . It was nice out today, but a little warm (85F).

It's been several years but I can remember us having a ban on outdoor watering in Wisconsin. It was only for a few weeks.

I also remember a few occassions, mostly during the 1990s, when sprinklers and handheld hose use was limited to before 10a.m. and after 4p.m. My grandfather tapped into his own bore water and posted a sign stating Bore Water in Use, and had no problems. McDonalds etc. were doing the same.
