Whats the trick??

Can someone please tell me what the trick is to peeling hard boiled eggs?? Everytime I make them by the time I am done peeling them there is more egg stuck to the shell then there is to the egg I was peeling.

i peel fresh eggs very well what i do is put them in ice after 9 minutes cooking on medium-high and i put them in ice for about 10 to 15 minutes and then tap both ends with a spoon and roll it on the counter and it peels better than a banana i use to do it differently.
 
So the only down side to fresh eggs is they are terrible to peel when hard boiled......I can live with that! Thank you all so much!
