Well, there are three in Lancaster County, Pa., that I can think of offhand. One is Intercourse, another is Blueball, and another is Bird In Hand. They are all fairly close to each other.

If you told someone in Yosemite (Yosey-might), KY that it's pronounced that way they'd probably punch you in the nose

It's supposed to be Yo-sem-it-tee, but people in Yosemite KY say it Yosey-might.

ETA: I think they pronounce the National Park correctly though.
