Well it's a place, and one I've known for years but it took DD seeing a donation thingie at the Walmart checkout today for me to realize just how odd it was... she asks "why would they name a hospital..." *points*

We had a friend (sorta, really WEIRD dude) back in high school who was born in Batesville Arkansas... we always figured he was a master of the place... *tongue in cheek* he never did catch that one...

In my neighborhood, there is a "Dick" street. I keep wondering who it was named after, but I often think of Dick van Dyke when I ride my bike on it. The streets around there are often named after movie stars that lived in the area in the 1910s and 1920s, so it's probably named after someone with that name.
