There are exceptions to almost every breed personality, and a lot has to do with the way you raise them as chicks. Chicks brooded by a human mama/papa often have different personalities than those brooded by a hen.

I had a most evil Blue Andalusian Rooster. He did not mind me really but DH was attacked constantly and that rooster had spurs!

The hens were very flightly and spastic birds. But not aggressive.

Well, I have a blue andalusian hen and she is great, I love her!! She is not mean in any way, she is somewhat shy at times but that's it!! And she is very pretty also!

I think it depends on the chicken itself, not the breed.
