Those are all coats.
While there can be varying weights as far as how warm they are, jackets are typically short and light while coats are thicker and heavier.
I voted that they are puffer and coats.

I'm going to go ask the mini if he's got his puffer ready for tomorrow and he's going to look at me like I'm complete R word.

I have an eBay store and I sell mostly clothing. I don't personally use the word puffer unless it's for an eBay listing but that's the style of coat for 3 of the 4 you have pictured...
I can't see the white one as well But it doesn't look like a puffer to me.

Maybe I don't know it because we don't need jackets down here.

No, in that context you would say jacket.
