Oh, had him since he was a chick, I know he was being bullied , rooster wouldnt let him inside coop after dark , had to separate the bully from him , he is no longer hiding , look like he had some damage from him , they look like black scabs , just wanted to make sure it wasn't a disease or something

Dubbed? What does that mean ?

it means someone cut off his comb, but it could be injury. If he isn't dubbed, he has a cushion comb.
