Snapping turtle soup different, wasn’t told what was until after dinner. Probably won’t eat that again. Wasn’t bad just the thought of eating a turtle doesn’t set well with me.

Rockchuck or woodchuck are essentially the same. Raccoon a long time ago. If I am remembering correctly, beef lungs and no wouldn't eat it again.
