whats wrong with baby turkey?

I have a baby royal palm who is about 3 months old. She's been normal up till about a week ago. Her cheeks have swollen and her nostrils were completely clogged with mud and yuck. I work full time and college, so I wasn't able to pull her out until yesterday. I put her by herself and cleared her all up. I'd post a pic but I never can get them uploaded on here. But this is her symptoms. She's eating and drinking and acting normally. Both cheeks are swollen, her nasal passages are producing a lot Of mucus and her eyes get goopy as well. I've made it number one on my chore list to make sure her eyes and nose is clear and that she has fresh water. Any ideas?

It could be a sinus infection, don't know too much about it though

I heard garlic can help, also apple cider vinegar (unfiltered) and lemon juice, just if you need something easy until you can get something else

Since she's a pet, you might want to look into getting some Baytril for her. Baytril is an antibiotic that is banned for use in poultry used for food. http://www.cidrap.umn.edu/news-perspective/2005/07/fda-ban-enrofloxacin-use-poultry
