whats wrong with chick

not enough information -- how old is the chick? What has it been eating? Is it drinking? Is it alone, or with other chicks? Does it have any other symptoms? how long has it been like that, or was it like that when it hatched?

what I meant was, could it have been stepped on by a bigger chicken (or even another chick) and been injured?

You said it's not moving except its head - is its body "limp"? When you pick it up does it move at all?

Is this one smaller than the others?

Did it maybe get cold?

Try wrapping it in a warm towel and giving it some water by itself, away from the other chicks. Most people recommend putting a little Apple Cider Vinegar in the water as sort of a "tonic", but if you have any vitamin/electrolyte solution, that might be better at this point. If you don't have any of that, try some Gatorade or sugar water.

does she have any respiratory symptoms? Does her breathing sound normal or do you hear any "rattling"? Do her eyes look clear? Is she sneezing or do you see any mucus around her nostrils or bubbles in either eye? The only thing I can tell you is pretty much what you've already done, except you didn't mention whether or not you have her under a heat lamp. If not, put one over her. A desk lamp or clamp light will work fine; just make sure it's not close enough to get too hot. Since she's not moving, check it VERY often. You could also put some warm water in a ziplock type bag, wrap it in a washcloth, and put it up against her.
