what's wrong with henny penny

Please help my hen is tipping her head back to breath and her eyes are closed.she is eating and drinking water.it's almost like something is stuck in her throat.

Look up Gape Worms. These worms lodge themselves in the throat causing swelling, irritation, and death from not being able to breath.
