What's wrong with her foot?

I brought my Polish hen today to give her a butt bath. She's had poo stuck to her lately, then I noticed her foot looked like this. What is it, and how do I treat?

That is bumblefoot infection. Usually there is only a scab on the footpad, but sometimes it can look like the picture. Here is a good link about bumblefoot treatments and surgery if needed:
