So my roosters crest has always been bright red until a couple months ago when I noticed that his crest SLOWLY started getting a little shade of blue starting from the back of the crest and slowly going on to the front. I never payed much attention until I realized that he had quite a lot of blue in a big part of his crest. A friend of mine told me it was probably worms or a respiratory infection problem. I was going to but him medicine for it yesterday but when i got home I noticed that it was all gone… there was no more blue shade. So I bought nothing since i was now confused on what the case was. Today in the morning he had a perfectly red crest all around until right now. Its 5:03 pm and his crest is turning blueish from the back again. Could the color of his crest possibly depend on his mood or the weather? Please let me know! Here are some pictures that i took TODAY (you can see the blue on the last 2 pics)

Sometimes when roosters have a really big comb, they might not get good circulation to the end of it. it also has to do with mood sometimes.
Uuuu ok interesting! So how do i tell mood based on color? What color is what mood? Do you know?

Combs don't work like a mood ring, and 'mood' was the wrong term on my part. Um, Dark or normal means calm and at ease, bright red means excited or upset.
So a rooster with a bright red comb is either excited or upset?
