What's wrong with his wing feathers??

I got video because it was easier than trying to hold him still for photos
Why do his wing feathers look terrible?? He gets to bath in fresh water every day. He's the only one out of the 3 who looks terrible. Duchess and Kaeda look beautiful compared to him.
By the way right before I got video, he was sitting in a mud puddle and that's why his legs look muddy.

Drakes start to molt around this time of year, so I'd just give him so time to get some new feathers in.

They molt in the spring, summer, and fall. Summer being the big molt.

Can't be. I've been keeping him locked in a pen to prevent him from getting to our baby duck. He has a small pool, a water container, and a food bowl that I check every day.

But his pen doesn't have any of his feathers nor does his pool. Unless for some reason he's eating them, which I highly doubt.
