What's wrong with my baby chick?

I hate to say it, but hope for the best and expect the worst.
It can go either way, I'm afraid. Unfortunately, they can even live a couple of weeks but still die if infection got into their system.

I would give them vitamin/electrolytes in the water, apply antibiotic ointment to it, and wait.

I hope they make it!

Thank You! It seems to be doing much better today. It is eating more but not drinking much water. It did have a couple of runny poops last night but the ones from today look normal. It seems to have a lot of energy right now.
