What's wrong with my chick? HELP!!!!!

I went outside to find my chick with her head twisted back and flailing around almost like a dust bath but not. I picked her up and she was gasping for air. I gave her some water which see took fine. I brought her in and put her in a box. The gasping has stoped but now she is standing and her head is bobbing side to side.

Please any Ideas will help

She is peeping again and has gotten out of the box twice but she still leans to one side?
