Whats wrong with my chick? Is this a normal

I know this might not be the right forum but should I be worried that one of the chick has awful torn feathers is that normal? She is a 4 week australorp there are 7 chicks in her group but i want to make sure its normal before i introduce with my other flock all the way. None of the other 6 chicks have this problem. Is there anything I can do to help

Not enough to see skin under but its definitely notice able? Do you think others are keeping her a way for or should I separate to see if it gets better? I have noticed she will run up to the others and pick on them and then run away lol

You're the only person who will be able to tell If others are keeping her away from the food or not. Do they have free feed all the time?

Yes they do....but inhavent really noticed them taking it away
