What's wrong with my chick?! Pics

I have a buff orpington chick that was sticky and I had to do an assisted hatch on May 25th. It was weak and I kept it in the incubator for almost 4 days because of the weakness and getting trampled by all the others in the brooder. It would just stand with it's eyes closed, crying and looking pathetic. After much work, it acts normal, runs around with a healthy appetite and poops and drinks normally. But it won't grow. It is 13 days old today and here are the pics

Sounds like you just have a runt....but as long as it does all the things it needs to....run around, eat and drink.....then don't fret, it may just be a small bird but hey, what's wrong with that?

I get these from time to time and if nothing is wrong physically then feed it a high protein feed and a hard boiled egg once a day for a week at least will do it wonders .....
