One of my chickens has started loosing feathers around her neck, and her comb is a light shade of pink (used to be red). Chicken just does not look healthy. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks

Possibly molting? Is the chicken eating? Drinking? pooping?

Wow! I am not sure, I do hope that someone with more knowledge will be able to help you.
So I am bumping you up. Hope that your chicken feels better soon.

Check for mites (or go ahead and dust for them). http://ohioline.osu.edu/vme-fact/0018.html

Mites can cause feather loss. Molting can too. Anemia can be caused by mites or worms. I'd also consider worms too (but not for the feather loss).

I have seen comb color changes from worms.
