I noticed that all of my chickens and roosters including a chick have their sternum sticking out. They have food and water constantly. What's wrong with them?

In healthy chickens you SHOULD be able to feel the breast bone. Over weight or bloated chickens you cannot. Just keep an eye on them to make sure they eat the feed you provide. Check that too for mold, mouse, bird poop if you have that clean out your feeder and start anew.

What do you feed your chickens? Do they seem to healthy and active? Since you are in a tropical area worming them twice a year might be a good idea. Valbazen or SafeGuard are very good ones to use. But I would wait until chicks are a few months old first, or if you see worms. If they do not seem to be vigorus or not seem to be gaining weight, you might think of giving some Corid for possible coccidiosis. Younger chickens may have more visible keel bones.
