Whats Wrong with My Duck Dart

He seems like he has something stuck in his crop?? We gave him a little olive oil and after a few minutes he started slinging his head and he slung out some meal worms and some other yuck. He has a small knot on the back of his neck. My wife is massaging his crop?? His heart rate seems normal. He did not poop last night bedding was clean. No discolorations that we can see. An the only thing we found like I said was the small knot on the back of his neck.
