Tums has calcium - half of one, dissolved in a tiny bit of water mixed in with mashed peas - but you say she is not eating?
Please PM casportpony now. My internet connection is flaky. Please search the archive for "team tube feeding" to find detailed information on getting food into her. That matters alot.
You can buy calcium citrate pills at the drugstore (call ahead to be sure). I get the 250 mg ones. Dissolve that in a little hot water Half of the water will contain 125 mg of calcium - add that to the softened food you will give her.
If she has an infection you will need to either get injectable antibiotics at a feed store that carries it (call around), or oral that you put into food or water that you then tube feed her.
You need instructions on how to do this so you don't put food or water in her lungs.
