what's wrong with my girls

She is lethargic, and is falling asleep standing up
Not eating for the past two days or so.
Not pooping much, if at all
Feathers dull and fluffed up
Can't seem to hold her head up
Now second bird showing signs
They r 5 months old

Has anything changed lately in their environment or feed? Feathers ruffled up can mean cocci.

Start treating the entire flock by dosing the water with Amprolium (Corid). If they are 5 months and you have not used preventative treatments for building immunity to cocci, that is a common culprit. Corid 9.6% liquid is dosed at 2 tsp (10 ml) per gallon of water for 7 days. Corid 20% powder is dosed at 1.5 tsp per gallon of water for 7 days.

The hen that is showing severe symptoms will need extra care and could be dehydrated due to not drinking and eating. Make a wet mash or take small pieces of bread soaked in buttermilk to get her eating. Mix up some poultry vitamin-electrolyte powder in water and get her to drink small amounts at a time with a syringe minus a needle. Keep her in a warm, secure area with good ventilation. If the bird can eat and drink on it's own, you can get things going by giving a couple drops of straight Corid 9.6% down her throat with a syringe, then treat the water for 7 days as I stated above. When feeding with a syringe, be careful not to aspirate the bird (get water into the air sacs).
