whats wrong with my roosters foot ?

hi i have a flock of 10 i rooster 9 hens i was out side and i seen my rooster keep on pecking at his feet then i seen him standing on one foot i looked at his foot and i dont know which one it is on one foot i thick he is missing a nail and there is red around some of his feathers on his feet all tips are welcome and thanks to every one
