What's wrong with their feathers?

Quote:
The crosses of 'Silkied' Ameraucana birds with smooth feathered Ameraucanas will come out 100% Smooth Feathered. They will be carriers of one copy of recessive hookless.

Some of these crosses, when mated back to their Silkied parent will end up with the necessary two copies of recessive hookless and end up fully silkied.

Those would be Ozzy's son + Harriet and Daughters/Sisters right?

I thought she moved Ozzy to a pen of some smooth feathers to see if anything would happen.

I can't remember, alice, which way it is. This egg is from the mating of 2 Silkied Ameraucanas though; not the next generation. I am just shocked! I can not believe all of these are hatching!

Ozzy's son + Harriet and Daughters/Sisters are the eggs that Jubaby was able to send out to all of us at the start of this - as far as Jubaby has posted/emailed, Ozzy + Harriet can never be penned as he is too aggressive and she stops laying.

Congratulations though, I'm so thrilled to see the next step of this project taking place!!

YELLING WITH EXCITEMENT ..... there are FIVE more pips in the bator! Six hatched and five more pips! Where is the fainting smilie when ya need it?
