So my frizzled easter egger I noticed was sitting on the nest when I came in to hangout with them. Not terribly unusual I just thought she was laying An egg. But then she didn't move from that spot for a half an hour. So I went in and kicked her out thinking ohhh maybe we've got our first time broody girl and couldn't get her out so I tossed some bread out and she did come out however she didn't eat any of the treat. She is standing very still with her neck tucked in but still runs when I go near her. She is still drinking water but not chasing the new girls anymore. I did see her poop and it was not solid. Is she egg bound? Does she have a big egg that she's not used to laying that she's trying to work out? Do I leave her alone and see what happens or should we set her up a comfy bed In a kennel in the run for her to get rest in?
