What's your best guess? We got a few new chicks yesterday. Did our best at guessing what they mint

More info would help. Where did you get the chicks are they suppose to be Large Fowl or bantam?

They were bought from a local store that purchased them from McMurray Hatcheries. Supposed to be mix of brown egg layers, ee's and ameracaunas. The problem is they weren't separated. :/ we tried our best to pick out what we hoped would be the ee's and ameracaunas. But I know there is no guarantee. I can take better pics if you think it will help.

Most hatcheries do not have true Ameraucanas, they have Easter Eggers. Meyer does have Ameraucanas but they cost much more and sell out quickly. Look at the combs on your chicks. Single combs will be the brown egg layers, pea combs will be Easter Eggers. They will tend to be the chipmunk patterned ones with fluffy cheeks. Of course if there are Wyandottes in the mix it could get confusing, since they are also chipmunk patterned and have rose combs.

Those are my best guesses anyhow based on breds they use for the brown egg layer mix.
