what's your dream country and dream house like?

Oh, my dream house would have lots of windows to keep it bright, maybe a secret room or two 3), two stories, I haven't quite figured it out yet. The land would have a pond with a willow overhanging it, and a gazebo with roses around it would overlook the pond. I'd have a big chicken coop and run, woods with a clearing in them, a barn for the horses and goats, and a lot of wild flowers. :3

My dad just bought my husband's and my dream property. He factored us in when he bought it because he wanted to leave us something wonderful when he is gone. Its 24&3/4 acres has a combination of sloping meadows, hills, a bluff and a 360° view of the surrounding valley and mountains. The nearest neighbors all have sweet houses and the property has a 6000 sq foot shop and a 1800 square foot hobby building outfitted with built in tables, shelving etc. All my husband and I will do when we get the property will be to build our house and put in a garden that can keep the critters out and buy our mini cows one of which will be a mini jersey. We are already planning our orchard and what crops to plant, my dad is putting in a half acre pond and digging a new well. It already has a chicken coop and will eventually have a duck and goose tractor too. I am so excited to live on the property one day in the wonderful little town that seems lost in time. Here are the plans to the house we want...we are thinking of doing metal roofs and making it fairly rustic with reclaimed wood plank floors and shudder style windows that open in.

We 'll also have a partial basement so I can have a root cellar and a place to get out of the heat in the summer.
