A friend of mine gave me this recipe several years ago....she called them ESP cookies because that is all the ingredients (except the vanilla). One thing I found with them is mix, mix, mix (I use my hands). Otherwise, they tend to turn out a bit grainy.......if they are extremely well mixed they are amazingly good!!!

This is what I make when we want cookies and I want easy. Everybody likes these--never met anyone who didn't. I have been asked many times to share the recipe. I got it originally from Taste of Home magazine. These are bar cookies which makes them even quicker and easier.
