Cats come in many wonderful breeds and mixes but what's your favorite?
Mine are ragdolls and Manx. Ragdolls are huge, fluffy and so sweet. I have a ragdoll mix named Raven and she is the sweetest fluffiest girl, she is an absolute love sponge. I also had some ragdoll mixes growing up that were also extremely sweet. Not to mention a stray ragdoll tom that used to hang around (boy must have been at least 20lbs, he was massive) and he was also a sweet boy. Basically every ragdoll I've met has been wonderful, but I can't say I've met a mean cat either, sure some had more sass than others - looking at you Maya - none have been jerks.
First encounter I had with a Manx was with a feral I named Lana Skye who I initially mistook for a bobcat. She is feral but she has greatly warmed to me and oh my goodness is she friendly. When she is around she follows me around like a puppy. I ended up getting adopted by 2 of her sons (one sadly got ran over a few months ago) and they are every bit as friendly if not more so. Follow me around like puppies and absolutely demands attention. Not only are they sweethearts but they are absolutely fabulous mousers. I used to have a problem with mice eating the birds' food but a few days after Lana started hanging around I found a mouse she killed when coming home from work one morning. Her sons have also inherited her amazing skills - in fact Phoenix caught a big rat today. He is definitely earning his keep keeping the rodents away. If you want a sweet cat that is a great hunter, the Manx is your cat
Shoutout to all the moggies (mixed breed cats) as well who are just as wonderful. The best cat is the one at your home IMO
