Yep, there are plenty of breeds of cats. Most people tend to either adopt a cat from a shelter or otherwise get hit by the cat distribution system but there are cat breeders and cat shows
I really just want a orang cat
Maybe someday you will be blessed with a ginger kitty (most likely it will be a tom as 80% of ginger cats are male), they certainly are special (but I also think all cats are special). The cat distribution system is alive and well after all :D

I am aware of the cat breeding stuff ive just never met someone who actually cared that much I love my kitties whether theyre egyptian mau's or manx or abnyssian or a rex
As long as they love me enough to let me pet them i love them back

I also think if your cat wont let you hold it in any possible position or way without issue you dont handle them enough. always everybody i know their cats dont let them touch the belly area, which is a sign of distrust, at least I think so.

One of my cats is a licker, idk if thats normal, but she'll lick you up one side and down the other

Also for good measure since she is a very pretty girl this is Raven. She is a ragdoll mix (our local cat population has the breed, wouldn't be surprised if that tom cat that used to live around here is a grandfather of hers) and she is very large for a queen at 14lbs and she is so sweet

Every cat is an individual, some just plain don't enjoy being held. I had a cat growing up named Shakespear who was an absolute puppy cat. Followed me absolutely everywhere and was ALWAYS purring. He absolutely hated being held. I could hold his siblings just fine but he would squirm until he was placed back down.

As for the belly rub thing, part of it is instinct that they kick you if you rub their belly. Not all cats will do this (my 2 actually don't mind belly rubs) but some cats either hate it or interpret it as an invitation to wrestle. Cat showing their belly is a sign of trust but is not necessarily an invitation to rub it. Another one of my cats growing up who was Shakespear's sister, Sky did not like belly rubs. If I tried to rub her belly she would kick my hand and gently bite (basically she was trying to get the point across that she didn't like what I was doing without hurting me). Sky was absolutely my heart cat, absolutely amazing girl and she and her siblings saved my life when I was 10 by mobbing a rattlesnake (if they hadn't I would have walked by and might not have seen the snake. Nobody got bit that day thankfully). Unfortunately I don't have pictures but she was a blue (dark grey) tabby
