What's your favorite/friendliest breed

I love my orpingtons and had a great barred rock that was a mush, my current wyandotte penny marshall always finds my lap the second I sit down..my speckled sussex sisters are pirates, lucille roberts and lane bryant are ALWAYS getting into something... it's like having puppies lol 😆

Salmon Favorelles have been on my list but I'm worried about their feathered feet always getting dirty or damaged. And about them getting picked on. What's your experience with these things?
Their feather tend to stay pretty clean expect on really rainy days (i live in Louisiana so thats often) and even when the do get dirty they tend not to stay that way for long. and the only part of my flock that tends to "bully" them is my roosters but only cause they REALLY prefer my salmons over my other girls XD. They do trip over their feet hear and there but thats
part of their charm. They also have "funky" toes as my family likes to call them that i wont lie i though was a birth defect when i first got them

I share the same concern living in NY with snowy and icy winters
