Now I really believe you when you told me that Sumatras were indeed smart. This morning, I called my little pullet over and she flew a good 4 feet in the air and landed on my head.

Then this afternoon I called her again, she snapped her head to attention, and ran over. I thought she was going to jump again and I braced myself but instead she halted right in front of me and just stood there. What a bouncey breed!

You also have my vote for Sumatras.

i LOVE cochins! i didnt really know that any of them were rare though lol.. I am going to look up the sumatras right now. O and those sultans are beautiful!!!

Lol, here's a pic of my very silly girl.

The color isn't really done justice by my old camara. And that shiny plumage reflects all sorts of light! I have about 20 pictures of her blinding me.
