Coturnix, meat and eggs and awesomeness and many other reason!

Coturnix, they lay tons of eggs, very efficient, and they are somewhat tame. They are no where near as aggressive as bobwhites, and they are good looking birds.

By far the Coturnix. Their so laid back. I love the sounds they make & lord the eggs they lay. Good eating to boot. I hate ringing their necks for supper but I get hungry .

For egg production, raw productivity, and fun birds to raise, hands down coturnix. For shear best taste'n table bird, there is no beat'n a bob. You just dont realize just how much difference unless tried side by side.

I fried both and ran a test for my bride and myself. Killed the same day, fried the same way. Even same skillet and breading. Only I knew which was which. We like both and eat both alot. But never together before that. She really wanted to like to coturnix better, but picked the bob, as did I... Bobs were made for eat'n... Give it a try if you get the chance and see for your self...Bill
