"Carol of the Bells" when sung by a quoir. Just wish it was longer.
I also love "Ave Maria", and I'm not religious. Just a really beautiful song.

There are few things more awesome than listening to a traditional version of O Come, Immanuel, followed immediately by a choir singing O Come, All Ye Faithful, then Joy to the World. There is just something completely right about that.
