I can only eat the Oatmeal at breakfast time. Nothing else. I watched the Super Size Me movie about McDonalds years ago and it scared me away from them.

Yes it is. My usual breakfast is oatmeal, too, on work days, and omelets on the weekends plus we usually do breakfast for dinner once a week for more eggs!

McDonald’s is really unhealthy Haven’t been to one for 20 years. Health is much much better now.
