Buuut, it messed up. LOL.

I've also dyed it blue, (first time, completely, LOL), and then I also dyed it pink & purple at once. Next time is yellow w/ teal. I normally have a darkish blonde w/ stripes of brown of different shades. Know what weird? My dad first hair was blonde, but I think its red now (more gray), my mom is red, and my sister is too! But I was born red! LOL

You must be living in a redhead deprived area. There are two in my house alone and I can't count the number of redhead cousins. Virginia has quite a few redheads as a good bit of Virginia was settled by the Scotch-Irish.

We go through a lot of SPF 60 in my family!

Mine is that kind of mousy streaky dark blonde that gets lighter on top in summer. Yesterday I was touching up some roots/ refreshing the color after many months, because as I age its color has gone "dull", not much gray. Now, it is more a reddish brown and shiny, bit of a surprise! I think it will fade down again to almost-strawberry type blonde. At least it did not turn out purple or green!

Seems that red has become the "new blond" the last few year with lot's of people coloring their hair auburn. Most redheads will have blue or hazel eyes. Most. I happen to have brown eyes which is pretty unusual for a redhead. But my redhead son = blue eyes. Go figure!

I have dark brown hair (it was almost black when I was little, but got a bit lighter) and dark brown eyes. My best friend is a red head!

My brother was a red head up until he was 4. then it went to dirty blonde(kinda strange since the only blond in our family is my g-grandpa) and now its a brownish blond with NO red.

My sister on the otherhand, is despised by my mother. Rachel(known as DorothyBrahma on here) has Brown hair with streaks and ribbons of red, black and blonde. Theres a BIG red streak down her bangs and two blond stribes down the side of her hair. My mother was always scolded for "dying" a toddlers hair when Rachel was younger. Now, everybody LOVES her hair.

while im stuck with Light brown hair with large streaks of red. I was even asked where i got my hair colored. I replied, In the gene pool. LOL
