Jordynne (pronounced Jordan) Nicole - I named her this cause no one named girls this
Nathaniel Scott - always liked Nathaniel as a name, but NEVER Nate - and he HATEs to be told his name is like the hot dogs!

Patrick Michael, David Matthew, and Amy Elyse.

Hubby is Michael David - took him a while to figure out that I had worked both of his names into the names of our sons LOL!

Amy was named before I was even before I was out of high school, I watched a movie with Ray Bolger (scarecrow from Wizard of Oz) and he sings a song called, "Who's In Love With Amy" from that time on I knew that any daughter I had would be named Amy. My mom kept thinking I picked the name from my favorite book, Little Women. I kept telling her, no Amy is the really not likealbe one. Beth is the sweet one - but I could not name my DD Beth - crazy Aunt Beth would have thought I named her for her! Eeek! LOL Love my Aunt Beth, just umm, you know...

My mom was Barbara Ann, I am Linda Ann and my sister is Nancy JoAnn. I liked that part about family names too.

My boys have two sets of names, Hebrew and English. English names are Ian Farrell, and Tavis Glenn (dh's family is Scots/Irish). Hebrew names are Oz Shlomo, and Ori Shmuel.

Being a teacher, I see some interesting names. But family names are fun.
3 chidren from the same family, Lake, Brooke and Spring.

4 children from a family I baby sat for. Rebendernoff, Chaceveral, Lafcadio, and Christina. The Darling family. One of the sons is now an attorney. I still haven't figured out how Christina lost out or lucked out on the unique names. LOL - btw, spelling is probably wrong - but phonetic.
